Pill Community Orchard

An acre of mature orchard. Dog free and a nice place for a picnic – it’s only a few steps from the River Avon Trail. The orchard used to be part of Ham Green Hospital – an isolation hospital. Before immunisation and antibiotics this is where people suffering from TB and other infectious diseases would be treated and kept away from the rest of the population. More »
